We’re a locally owned property maintenance business based in Wallan, serving homeowners, landlords, and property managers across Central Victoria.

We started Northern Projects because we saw a genuine gap in the market where people were struggling to find tradespeople who actually showed up when they said they would, did what they quoted, and didn’t leave a mess behind. We wanted to be the business that just gets it right.

That’s still what drives us today.

From gutter cleaning and lawn mowing to water damage repairs and full investment property maintenance, we handle the jobs that keep properties in good shape. If it needs doing, chances are we can help.
